How much does shipping cost?

We are excited to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders that total over $75, ensuring that your home decor arrive at your doorstep without any added costs. For orders that are less than $75, we provide a convenient flat shipping rate of just $9.99 within the United States. To qualify for the free shipping option, all you need to do is add $75 or more to your shopping cart.

When will my order ship?

Orders will be shipped within a convenient time frame of 2-3 business days to ensure that you receive your items as quickly as possible. Once your order has been carefully processed for shipment, you will receive a shipment notification via email, which will include detailed tracking information for your order. This way, you can easily follow your package's journey to your doorstep. Additionally, you can also check the status of your order by logging in to your account.

*Some of our products are shipped directly from the supplier. If you placed an order with multiple items, your order may arrive in multiple shipments and boxes.

**International orders may take an additional 3-5 days to process and ship. 

What shipping services do you use?

Orders are carefully shipped through either UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your specific location and the unique items you ordered. When your order ships, you will promptly receive a shipment notification via email that will contain all the important tracking information, along with details about the shipping service and provider that was used to ensure your products arrive safely.

Return Policy

Return Procedure

  • Products must be returned in their Original Condition and must be Re-Packed in their inner packaging or plastic sleeve.

  • Please inspect your item to make sure curtains, bedding, and other fabric items are Clean and Unwashed.

  • All return items must be Unused and Free from things like Pet Hair and Odors such as from Perfume or Cigarette Smoke.

  • Include a copy of the Packing Slip.

  • Repack your returns carefully to avoid damage in shipping.

  • Please ship your item in time for it to be received in our facility within 30 days of the order date.

No Refund will be given on items that are not able to be resold because they have been used or washed, contain pet hair or odors, or which have been damaged due to poor return packaging.

Merchandise Returns

We are very proud of our high-quality products and genuinely want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase experience. If, for any reason at all, you are not entirely satisfied with an item you purchased, we encourage you to return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. To qualify for a return, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, ensuring they are well-preserved. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
